Shipping policy

At Bali Bubs Kids Concept Store we want your order to reach you quickly and safely, whether you’re in Bali, elsewhere in Indonesia, or overseas.

1. Delivery in Indonesia 

Bali: Rp 80,000 for orders under Rp 2,000,000. Free delivery on orders of Rp 2,000,000 or more. Jakarta, Java and other provinces: Rp 150,000 for orders under Rp 2,000,000. Free delivery on orders of Rp 2,000,000 or more. Domestic orders are usually shipped with JNE or J&T and usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

2. International Shipping (including Australia)

We ship worldwide by express courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Australia: from approximately A$25 for small parcels (up to 0.5kg). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and duties: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country. These are not included in our shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Store Pickup

Choose store pickup at checkout to collect from our Uluwatu (Ungasan) or Canggu store. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please collect your order promptly. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We pack every order with care. If your parcel arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help you with the courier claim.
