How to use

Slide the insert into the pocket, pull on or snap closed at the sides, and change every 2–3 hours. Pull the insert out before washing.

Care

Rinse, then machine wash warm with a gentle detergent. Skip fabric softener and zinc nappy creams so it stays absorbent. Line dry.

Good to know

Most families keep 6–10 nappies on rotation for full-time cloth, or 2–3 for part-time and travel. Mix and match your favourite colours.
